Education

I am a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, and my personal training and nutrition coaching certifications through NASM. I have 2.5+ years of experience working in a physical therapy clinic and have been a personal trainer for 3 years. I also played Division 1 soccer at the University of Louisville. My knowledge, guidance, and approach to a well-balanced lifestyle will not only help you reach your fitness and nutrition goals, but sustain them.​

 

The Philosophy Behind the Coaching

I've been an athlete all of my life, so I know what it takes to put in work every day, to sacrifice, to do what you need to even when you don't want to, and to refuse to quit even when things aren't going your way. I know what it's like to work for something that you so badly desire. I carry this mindset and work ethic with me in my daily life, through my workouts, nutrition, and coaching. These are the things I strive to instill in all of my clients.

 

I believe that to level up your fitness and nutrition and make sure your results last FOREVER, you need to: 

  • Enjoy the journey

  • Be challenged

  • Be held accountable daily

  • Learn how to become process-oriented

My coaching is different in the fact that I want to help make you better, happier, and healthier FOR LIFE, not just for the time-being. Most people are searching for that quick and easy fix, because as humans we love instant gratification, and being patient and consistent is hard. I'm not here to sugar coat the process. It takes days, weeks, months, and years to make internal and external changes if you want them to last forever. That is why it's so important to have a partner in this journey! "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

 

I will do my part to make sure this part of your journey is as fun, streamlined, appropriately challenging, and sustainable as possible.
