Personal Training

Coach Maddie will work with you to set realistic and achievable fitness goals. Programs will include these training aspects: endurance, functional strength training, power, mobility, flexibility, flow, balance, power lifting, body building, prehab, and calisthenics. Here at MadFit, we train well-rounded athletes (aka people who participate in exercise).

Individual Pricing:

  • Initial Consultation: $65

  • 3 month packages:

    • 3 sessions/week = $1,125

    • 2 sessions/week = $850

    • 1 session/week = $600

  • 6 month packages:

    • 3 sessions/week = $2,250

    • 2 sessions/week = $1,700

    • 1 session/week = $1,200​

  • Working out with a partner is a great way to hold yourself and each other accountable! Plus you save money while still getting the same benefit!

What's Included:

  • In-person, one-on-one attention, guidance, and support

  • Access to the MadFit app (which includes your workout program, the ability to input your reps, sets, and weights used, tracking your progress over time in an assortment of ways, etc.)

  • Access to the MadFit group chat

  • Accountability check-ins (however frequently you need)

  • Access to extra workouts in the app to do on your own

  • Habit coaching and tracking

  • InBody Scan (body mass measuring tool)

  • Motivation and inspiration

Fitness

Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching

Reach your physique and lifestyle goals with these top recommended packages, as exercise AND nutrition will each play a role in how you look, feel, and act every single day!

Pricing:

  • Initial Consultation: $65

  • 3 month packages:

    • 3 sessions/week + nutrition coaching = $1,275

    • 2 sessions/week + nutrition coaching = $1050

    • 1 sessions/week + nutrition coaching = $825

  • 6 month packages:

    • 3 sessions/week + nutrition coaching = $2,550​

    • 2 sessions/week + nutrition coaching = $2,100

    • 1 session/week + nutrition coaching = $1,650

What's Included:

Healthy Morning

Nutrition Coaching

MadFit offers dietician-curated nutrition programs tailored to your preferences, restrictions and needs. 

You will learn how to properly fuel your body and work with it instead of against it. Meet your goals and sustain them with the help of our Certified Nutrition Coaching. 

Pricing:

  • Initial Consultation: $75

  • Nutrition Coaching: $175/month

  • Access to the MadFit app

  • Access to the MadFit group chat

  • Personalized meal plans unique to your goals, wants, needs, and preferences

  • Easy, go-to recipes

  • Regular accountability check-ins (however frequently you need)

Online Programs

This option is good if you want everything to be self-guided and if you are more internally motivated to do it on your own. I recommend choosing this option if your form is already on point. If you have little experience with working out, this might not be the best option for you.

Online Workout Program Pricing:

  • $100/month

Online Workout and Nutrition Program Pricing:

  • $250/month
